Discipline Rules
Student must strictly follow the following guidelines:
• The sound of the first bell at 7.55 a.m. announces the time of the morning attendance. By the time second bell sounds, Which is at 8.00 a.m. , all students should assemble for prayer in the designated auditorium. After the assembly, each class should go quietly in a line to their respective classrooms.
• Running, playing or shouting in the classroom, corridor or in the school building is strictly prohibited. Students should maintain order and speak softly in corridors and staircases.
• Money transactions and exchange of articles among students is prohibited.
• A student must come to school in the prescribed school uniform even during any holiday and PTM. Students who are not in school uniform or shabbily dressed or have unkempt hair will be sent back to their homes.
• Students are allowed to only bring toffees/ sweetmeats for distribution on their Birthday’s. Any other food item such as cakes, pastries, cold drinks and chocolates are not permitted. Eating of chewing gum is not allowed in school campus.
• Trinkets and jewellery should not be worn to school.
• Students can call up the parents only in emergency after prior permission of the class teacher from the reception. Calling students from the classes to attend the telephone calls is strictly prohibited.
• No, objectionable books, newspaper or periodicals, or electronic gadgets like, i-pods, walkman, calculator, camera,radio etc. are to be brought to the school without the permission of the principal. Cell phones are not allowed under any circumstance. Non-adherence to this rule may lead to expulsion from the school.
• No collection of any kind whatsoever should be made by any student without the permission of the Principal.
• The school does not take responsibility for accidents or loss of students belongings, through proper care is taken to prevent such occurrences.
• Care should be taken by the students to maintain the school property. No students should deface the desks, chairs or any other furniture or property of the school. They should not write or draw anything on the walls. Students should refrain from damaging apparatus, stationary, books etc. in the labs, library or those belonging to other students. Any such matter must be reported to Class Teacher. Any willful violation of instructions can lead to a fine or even expulsion from the school.

Consequences for Breach of Rules
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of class work, disobedience and disrespect of teachers and non adherence of the discipline rules of the school may entail removal from the school.

Guidelines for Parents
Full growth and all round development of the child is the responsibility to be shared equally by the school and parents.
Parents are therefore requested that they should:
• Visit the school on third Saturday of the month between 8.30 a.m and 10.30 a.m. or as per the schedule intimated from time to time for Parent- Teacher Meeting to discuss your child’s academic and overall performance.
• Check the school diary regularly, to keep informed of the circulars and notices issued from time to time.
• Change of address or telephone number should be immediately intimated to the school so as to update the records.
• In case of any school related problem, you are welcome to discuss the same with the principal. You can also record your suggestions in the Suggestion Register kept at the Reception or discuss it at the Parent –Teacher Meetings.
• Encourage your children to abide by the rules and regulations of the school, to adopt courteous and polite speech refrain from rumour mongering.
• Please ensure that your child is dressed in neat and clean, well ironed uniform, polished shoes and properly groomed hair and that he/she carries clean drinking water and nutritious Tiffin.
• Please ensure punctuality and regularity in attendance.
